Reservations

  • Full pre-payment is required at time of booking
  • Rates quoted are NETT and non-commissionable
  • Rates are not applicable to groups (6 rooms or more)
  • Should group reservations be required, please contact Head Office directly
  • Rates are on a room only basis, includes VAT @ 14% and Tourism Levy
  • Confirmed reservations can’t be changed to any promotional specials during the period of stay
  • Check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 11h00
  • Please note our Reception desk closes at 23h00 daily. Should you be arriving after such time, please notify us in advance in order to customise a late arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged
  • In the event of no-shows, 100% of the total stay will be charged
